Brother Keefe is a tall, dour-looking human whose tall black hat conceals a balding pate. He is a priest of Kelemvor, a member of the Most Solemn Order of the Silent Shroud, and “Keeper of the Dead” of Valhingen Graveyard in Phlan. As Keeper of the Dead, Brother Keefe is charged with seeing to the interment and disinternment of bodies and keeping records. He calls himself “the overseer of all permanent residents of the Valhingen Graveyard.”
