Madame Freona is a female stout and officious halfling. She runs Madame Freona's Tea Kettle along with her five daughters (Reece, Briez, Grelinda, Blaizette, Whittlee) and is an excellent hostess.
Appearances:
She doesn't make a direct appearance in DDEX1-01 Defiance in Phlan but is assumed to be around. Madame Freona finally makes an appearance in DDEX1-14 Escape from Phlan.

Reece: A nervous female stout halfling with curly red hair, just shy of adulthood who asks to bring players into the common room during DDEX1-01-1 The Meeting at Deepnight
Briez: A young female stout halfling with long black hair who serves players breakfast in DDEX1-01-2 The Screams at Dawn
Grelinda: The youngest daughter, with short hair that is tinted an odd shade of coppery green who clears the players highsun meal in DDEX1-01-3 The Dead at Highsun
Blaizette: A female stout halfling who wears a blue kerchief and keeps it together during DDEX1-01-4 A Shock at Evenfeast
Whittlee: Her startlingly white hair is pulled back in a tight braid as she expertly juggles pots of tea, tankards of ale, flagons of wine, and other assorted mugs and cups during DDEX1-01-5 The Danger at Dusk
